Tony’s Meatballs

Restaurant: 
Tony’s Delicatessen
Ingredients: 

4 pounds ground hamburger
1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup bread crumbs
5 eggs
1 teaspoon dry basil
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 salt
1/2 cup dry onions
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
5 cups 1/4” diced bread (sourdough)

Method: 

Combine hamburger and pork and mix thoroughly. Combine diced bread and heavy cream. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Now mix all ingredients together.

Roll into golf ball size balls, or whatever size you want, and brown in a 375 degree oven until cooked, turning once.

(For sandwich as shown - finish meatballs in your favorite marinara sauce. Serve over warm hoagie roll. Serve with a side of Tony’s Cole Slaw. Enjoy!)
