4 green peppers
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepperto
2 yellow onions
Melted butter
Salt and pepper
8 slices provolone cheese
20 ounces thinly sliced choice steak
Mayonnaise
4 hoagie rolls
Slice bell peppers and onions into strips.
Sauté peppers and onions in butter until soft. Heat bread in oven until just warm.
Sauté meat (5 ounces per sandwich) in a separate pan with butter and salt and pepper. Do not overcook!
Add peppers and onions, mix together with steak.
Top with provolone cheese, cover to melt cheese.
Cut roll and spread mayonnaise. Put ingredients on the roll. Serve with a side of Tony’s Cole Slaw. Enjoy!
