4 oz hamburger meat
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh spinach
3 eggs beaten
4 oz Jack cheese
In a sauté pan cook the hamburger meat, garlic and onions until tender. Salt and Pepper to taste. Place the spinach in the pan and allow it to reduce in size. Add the eggs and scramble the mixture together. When the eggs finish add the jack cheese and allow it to melt for one minute longer. Plate and serve.
