2 slices sourdough bread, buttered
½ cup Jack cheese
2 slices bacon
4 oz sliced turkey meat
Red leaf lettuce
2 slices tomato
Cook the bacon slices in a pan. While they are cooking, butter one side of each bread slice and lay on a grill pan. Top each slice with jack cheese. Lay the turkey slices on the grill pan to brown. To assemble the sandwich, place the browned turkey slices on top of the bread. Add the bacon and remove from grill. Place the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich and slice in half. Plate and serve.
