3 pounds green bell peppers, diced small
4 pounds cucumber, peeled and diced small
2 pounds yellow onions
8 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, diced small
8 cans (48 ounces) V8 juice
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup white table wine
2 tablespoons tobacco
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 basil, crush
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon white pepper
Parsley for garnishing
Mix all ingredients together. Chill for a few hours.
