Cole Slaw

Restaurant: 
Tony’s Delicatessen
Ingredients: 

2 pounds cole slaw mix (in produce section of market)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups mayonnaise (mayo)
2 tablespoons horseradish

Method: 

Mix apple cider vinegar thoroughly with cabbage. In a separate bowl, mix mayo and horseradish. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with Tony’s Famous Cheesesteak.
