6 ounces baby spinach (washed and dried)
1 cup strawberries (sliced vertically)
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt
1/2 pound Tumalo Farms Capricorns Cheese
A spinach salad with sliced strawberries tossed in virgin olive oil,
balsamic vinegar and topped with shavings of Tumalo Farms’ award winning Capricorns cheese (made with rainbow peppercorns).
Wash and dry the spinach. Add to mixing bowl - spinach, strawberries, olive oil, vinegar and pinch of salt. Toss and place salad on serving plates. Shave about 2 ounces of the Capricorns cheese on top of each plate.
