3 oz. Prime Rib steak
½ oz. medium onion chopped
1 med. green sweet pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. bottled minced garlic
small pinch salt
4 ea. corn Tortillas (4 inch)
1/2 tsp. lime juice
Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
guacamole (optional)
sour cream (optional)
salsa (optional)
Combine steak, onion, green sweet pepper, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic, and salt in sauté pan.
To serve, use a slotted spoon to spoon steak mixture onto warm tortillas.
Top with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
