¼ cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
¾ tsp. Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
¾ tsp. Black Pepper
¼ tsp. Crushed Red Chili
2 tsp. Fresh Garlic, minced
¼ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Brown Mustard
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
Place all ingredients, except Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Herbs, in food processor.
Slowly add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to emulsify dressing.
Stir in fresh herbs until just combined.
Reserve for service.
