Ahi tuna - 10 oz.
Ginger minced - 1/8 tsp.
Garlic minced - 1/4 tsp.
Green onion sliced 1/8 in. - 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds toasted - 1 T.
Sesame oil - 1 t.
Soy sauce - 1/3 cup
Lemon juice of 1/2 a lemon
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and chill.
