Garlic Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 lb bunch of Asparagus
Butter (amount dependent upon desire)
Garlic (amount dependent upon desire)
1 casserole dish (size dependent upon size of asparagus)
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Clean the one pound bunch of asparagus in cold water. Cut a ¼ inch off of the ends. Spread butter and garlic on the bottom of a casserole dish. Place asparagus over butter and garlic. Add additional butter and garlic on top of asparagus as desired. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Be sure to check dish after 20 minutes. Take out of oven upon desired tenderness. Serve immediately
