Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of cream
2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
2 cups of sour cream
1 large splash of vanilla or any other flavoring you wish
Method
Whisk sugar and gelatin together. Add cream to sugar mixture and blend thoroughly. Bring cream mixture just to a simmer and remove from stove. Add sour cream and whisk until smooth. Add vanilla or any other flavoring you wish. Refrigerate until firm. Garnish with just about anything you can think of, I like lingonberries.
