Goji Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Cup Goji berries
1 Cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 bananas
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 to 2 Cups almond milk (or the water you soaked the goji berries in)

Method
  1. Soak goji berries in water for at least one hour.
  2. Place with remainder of ingredients in a strong blender and blend until smooth.
Makes enough for two large servings.
