Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
4 garlic cloves, minced
Method
Place oregano and remaining ingredients in a mini food processor; process until finely chopped. Yield: about 1/3 cup (serving size: 1 1/2 teaspoons)
