Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
4 Cups Tart Apples, sliced and pared
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Oats
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/3 Cup Butter, softened
Procedure:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8x8x2" square pan.
Place apple slices in pan. Mix remaining ingredients
thoroughly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 30 minutes or until
apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm; it's really great with ice cream.
