Apple Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Applesauce
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Procedure:
Beat egg, add remaining ingredients in order and mix with hand
mixer until smooth. Grease heated griddle. To test griddle,
sprinkle with a few drops of water. If bubbles skitter around,
heat is just right. Pour batter from large spoon or batter bowl
onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and
full of bubbles but before bubbles break. Cook on other side until
