Pink Peppercorns - Cooking With
Using Pink Peppercorns Try pink peppercorns with fish, poultry, game, meats,
salads, salad dressings (especially vinaigrettes), fruit sauces,
asparagus, eggs and sauces for seafood. It even adds interest and kick
to desserts.
You won't want to use
pink peppercorns alone in a peppermill, because they're too soft.
Besides, they're lovely in combination with black and white peppercorns
in a clear mill.
