Plenty of people think that what goes into meat is pretty important. So do we, and we’re proud to feature naturally raised Country Natural Beef for the most flavorful cuts and the freshest ground beef you may have ever tasted (we grind it every day). We also carry hormone- and additive-free Carlton Farms pork and Draper Farms “Ranger” free-range chicken as well as Atkins Ranch Lamb which comes to us fresh, never frozen, straight from the Southern Hemisphere. The seasons are spectacular in our seafood case; from succulent Copper River salmon in the spring to delectable Dungeness crab in the winter, you get the freshest catch possible delivered several times a week. We even make our own flavorful pork, chicken breast, or turkey breast sausage finished in natural casings. Hand-crafted, sizzling-good sausages, like Hot Italian and Sweet Italian (mild), Jalapeño with Cheddar, Cordon Bleu, and Hawaiian Linguisa are just a few of your options; country-style breakfast sausage and links are available too. Need dinner in a hurry? Look for our prepared entrees like stuffed pork chops and marinated chicken breasts, ready to hit the oven or grill. We do the work – you take the credit.
